Thumbsticks, walking aids. Unique Thumbsticks with a but of wavy shaft as opposed to the traditional straight ones. The sticks are from an elm tree which fell during a storm in 2017. Skinned, sanded and rubbed down with plain vegetable oil.
The taller stick is 49 inches tall and weight is 6.5 oz/ 180 grams.I
The second, shorter stick is 41 inches tall and weight is 6.1 oz/ 167 grams.
These sticks I would class as lite, which I would suggest to those looking for a light touch of support from the ground and a handy adequate tool for poking or foraging.
